When you get in touch
If you email me or book a call, I collect your name, email address and anything you choose to tell me about your organisation and the work, together with any follow-up correspondence. Please do not send confidential documents, passwords or sensitive personal information by email or in a booking.
Why I use your information
I use your details to respond, understand the work you are asking about and discuss a possible engagement. The lawful basis for ordinary business enquiries is legitimate interests in handling and responding to requests. Where you ask me to take steps towards a contract with you, the basis is those requested pre-contract steps. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.
Website and email providers
Framer hosts this website. Calls are booked through Calendly, which receives the details you enter when booking. My business email is hosted by IONOS. These providers process information needed to supply their services. This website does not send enquiry content to an AI model.
How long information is kept
I keep enquiry information while dealing with your request and any relevant follow-up. I review closed enquiries and delete information when it is no longer needed for that purpose. If an enquiry leads to paid work, information needed for the engagement, accounting or legal obligations may need to be kept for those separate purposes. You can ask about the information held or request deletion using the email above.
Analytics and external links
The site uses Framer’s built-in, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate site activity. Enquiry names, email addresses and message contents are not added to analytics events. Booking and LinkedIn links take you to external services, whose privacy terms apply when you use them.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request portability where applicable. Contact kieran@asrunadvisory.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
